Select your preferences for topics, session format, industry, career stage, and start/end date. Some fields are required for enrollment, so be sure to complete those. The more information you provide, the better we can match you with the right mentor or mentee. Please note: Enrollment in the program is required to request a mentor or mentee.

Use our Mentor Program Directory to input your search criteria and connect with the perfect match. Start by selecting your areas of interest, including:

  • Mentoring Topics: Choose the subjects you'd like to focus on.
  • Session Preferences: Indicate whether you prefer virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Career Stage: Select the level that aligns with your professional journey.
  • Industry: Choose the industries that interest you.
  • Gender: Specify any preferences if applicable.

Start your search in the Mentor Program Directory with ease. Whether you’re doing one search or multiple, you can let the directory do the work. If you're unsure about criteria, simply select "Search for ALL of the selected values" to generate results.


Once your results populate, click on a member's name to view their profile. Explore their details, and if they seem like a good match, click the Mentor Match badge under their profile picture to request a connection. Not the right fit? Just hit the back button to return to your search results and keep exploring.
