Helping Women Who Have Served in the Military See What’s Possible
Designed specifically for female veterans, Next4Vets addresses the unique challenges of leveraging your military skills for success in the corporate world. Engage in candid dialogue with seasoned executives, peer-to-peer learning, and build a supportive network to help you navigate your career journey. Embrace this opportunity to transform your leadership potential and achieve success in your post-military career.
Next4Vets places a strong emphasis on strategies that go beyond technical skills and leadership competencies. It empowers women who have served in the military and helps them thrive in the corporate world. It recognizes the value of their military service and aims to ensure that their skills and experiences are acknowledged and put to good use in their civilian careers.
By providing a confidential forum, access to a network of successful women who have served in the military in leadership roles, and guidance on career development, the program addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by women who have served in the military.
Customized-content delivered in a peer setting enables participants to:
- Increase awareness of and translate transferable skills
