This learning lab will be an interactive experience where participants will learn how to develop and contribute to a high performing, cohesive team at all stages of leadership development. Whether you are an individual contributor or executive leader, these models and insights will enable you to make a positive impact on your team culture and performance.
The lab will consist of 3 modules, where you will leave with actionable strategies to enhance trust, understanding and team success.
Module 1: Team Development Model – Participants will explore what it means to be a part of and lead a team through the introduction of a tried-and-true team development model. This model will enable participants to assess where their team is and how to move forward.
Module 2: The Impact of Personality – Participants will gain insight into the impact of personality dynamics and team roles on overall performance.
Module 3: Behaviors of a Cohesive Team – Participants will learn the 5 key behaviors that drive high-performing teams.
