Transform Your Leadership
Through Emotional Intelligence
In today’s complex and rapidly evolving business environment, the ability to inspire and motivate your team, navigate challenges with composure, and drive toward common goals is essential. Leaders who cultivate these skills create environments where employees feel valued and engaged, leading to higher productivity, innovation, and sustainable business success. The difference between good and exceptional leadership lies in these capabilities—those who master them are the catalysts for high-performing teams, loyal employees, and enduring growth.
Join our Executive Leadership program and become the leader who propels your organization to new heights.
Overview
Each cohort is limited to 28 women, ensuring personalized instruction and focused coaching. Our program features a blend of individual, small-group, and large-group interactions, coupled with hands-on exercises that promote practical application.
Participants begin their journey with a comprehensive 360-degree assessment, gathering feedback from managers, peers, direct reports, and customers. This feedback serves as the foundation for a personalized leadership development plan, tailored to your unique strengths and areas for growth.
Three one-on-one sessions with a professional career coach accelerate your learning and professional development, offering you the targeted guidance needed to advance in your leadership role.
You’ll also experience leadership in action through sessions hosted by top female executives at their companies. These leaders share invaluable insights, providing you with real-world examples of how emotionally intelligent leadership drives team success and business growth.
Focused sessions are based on the emotional intelligence competency model by Daniel Goleman and emphasize key factors in leadership effectiveness:
- Self-Awareness: Gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, strengths, and areas for development.
- Self-Management: Learn strategies to regulate your behavior and maintain focus under pressure.
- Social Awareness: Enhance your ability to empathize with others and navigate organizational dynamics.
- Relationship Management: Build the skills to influence, inspire, and lead others effectively.
Beyond these core competencies, the program also addresses confidence, personal branding, and business acumen. Engage with a Harvard Business Review case study to deepen your understanding of strategic decision-making and financial planning, equipping you to lead with insight and impact.
