Inforum Workshops are virtual programs with Inforum original content, featuring deep dives into specific topics. These sessions are interactive, skills-based, and seek to fill information gaps among specific groups as a means of enhancing work experiences and career trajectories.
All workshops can also be delivered on a custom basis.

Saving Face(time)
This workshop addresses the challenges surrounding the lack of facetime and chance encounters while working remotely. The session provides tips on how to stand out in a virtual environment, meet some of the unique challenges that you may face while “out of sight” from your team, and how to make the most of your virtual meetings.
DE&I: Why Equity Matters
At a time when most companies are taking steps to address these issues internally, this workshop is for professionals seeking to learn more about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The workshop focuses on the importance of equity as the foundation for DE&I initiatives.
Networking
Why networking is so important to career success, how to network authentically, barriers to networking, and tips to mitigate those barriers are all addressed in this workshop. The interactive session examines how to build, maintain and refresh your network, both internally and externally, to make the most impact at different career levels.
Workforce Ready
This interactive leadership development workshop is for high-potential individuals at the start of their career (no more than 2 years in). This program sets the stage for success in an ever-changing and intergenerational workplace. Workforce Ready is a discussion-based program that tackles multiple topics facing those new to the workforce.
