Security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you on our website and in our records.
Inforum collects and maintains membership information as part of servicing your membership. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about members to the Inforum staff with a business reason to know this information in order to provide member services to our members.
Inforum may share mailing lists (names and mailing addresses) of our members to Corporate Investors and to affiliates and service providers as authorized in advance by the Board of Directors. Independent contractors and outside companies who perform work for us are required to adhere to strict privacy standards through their contracts with us. Inforum does not share member e-mail addresses with third parties.
Inforum may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide information on individual members to the appropriate governmental authorities. In matters involving a danger to personal or public safety, the organization may voluntarily provide information to appropriate governmental authorities.
The organization is in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
Refund Policy
Events – Event ticket cancellations received five (5) business days prior to an event may be subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee; there are no refunds or credits for those cancellations received five (5) days or less before the event date. If you cannot attend, you may have someone attend in your place — please notify the contact person in your area. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of request.
